L’infarto che ha colpito Peter Murphy, frontman dei Bauhaus, ad inizio agosto è, ormai, un brutto ricordo.
Il cantante sembra, infatti, essersi ripreso alla grande e si dichiara pronto a darci dentro per molto tempo ancora!
Per la gioia dei fan, ci ha pensato lo stesso Murphy a far sentire la sua, tramite un post sul suo profilo Instagram.
Il cantante è stato ricoverato al Lenox Hill Hospital, in cui ha subito un intervento al cuore che, fortunatamente, è perfettamente riuscito.Murphy attacco di cuore

“A personal statement from Peter:
Following my recent episode in New York City with my heart attack and being admitted into Lenox Hill Hospital and seeing myself go through the rigors of intensive care, I am very happy to say that I have made a full recovery. Thanks to the superb team of doctors, specialists, nurses and care staff. I am so glad to say I am up and running again.
My tour manager Brian Lowe and my assistant Chantal Thomas were directly instrumental in saving my life and to whom I cannot thank enough. I also want to thank every single friend and fan who has been supporting me throughout this ordeal. I remain grateful especially to my Bauhaus band mates . xxx Peter

A seguito del recente episodio di attacco di cuore a New York City e il mio conseguente ricovero all’ Lenox Hill Hospital e alle cure a cui sono stato sottoposto,Sono felicissimo di annunciare che sono completamente guarito.
Grazie al meraviglioso team di dottori, specialisti, personale infermieristico e di assistenza, sono felice di annunciare che sono nuovamente in pista.
Il mio Tour Manager Brian Lowe e la mia assistente Chantal Thomas hanno avuto un ruolo fondamentale nella vicenda e non potrò mai ringraziarli abbastanza. Voglio anche ringraziare tutti i fan e gli amici che mi hanno sostenuto. Sono grato sopratutto ai membri dei Bauhaus. xxx
